HOLIDAY DECORATIONS WORKSHOP
The boxwood greens are supplied by the club, included in prices. You should bring any other greens you intend to use. Do not use hemlock, they drop their needles too quickly. If you collect princess pine do not pull it from the ground, clip it. It is no longer on the endangered list but save the root anyway. Bring extra greens for the community pile so there is an assortment. *Bring a large plate or cardboard bottom of a soda case to transport the living wreath( oasis may crack if you don't provide firm base), large box for boxwood tree. Bring clippers and scissors. If you intend to learn to make “good” bows bring ribbon (wired ribbon is best) and floral wire too. You can buy the wire at any craft store like Michaels or AC Moore. QUESTIONS: Suzanne Fox (see yearbook or mailed version of NN for phone number) Gina Kmito Leslie Murphy jlja@comcast.net (husband sleeps in daytime, use email for Leslie) The cost has been reduced on all but one item. Also note that there are different prices. Please bring it with your check to the November meeting or mail them to Gina Kmito before Nov. 15th (deadline). GUESTS are welcome, using the reverse of your form. Notice their prices have been reduced as well. Before you invite a guest tell them that they should also bring some greens for the community pile, as you will. Materials needed will be listed in the next Nutsey News.
