June Garden Tea Party:  6/1/04 , 5:30 p.m. (note earlier time) at Deb Zawalich’s home ( 36 Ledgewood Drive ).  Please bring a chair, your favorite garden hat and **BUG SPRAY**.

Joint Board Meeting:  6/22/04 , 7:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Lodge.  This is a combined Board Meeting is for incoming and outgoing members for 2004-05.

June Plant Sale :  6/12/04 , at Sandra Woodward ’s home (Main/Plain Stree t ).  OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – please help us spread the word.  This will be our club’s major fundraising event.  Members will be required to contribute 10 plants to the sale.  We will be looking to our members for 100% participation in some capacity.  Sign-ups for helpers will continue to be circulated at the June Tea Party.

Membership Renewal/Interest Finders:    Membership Renewal/Interest Finders have been recently mailed to you.  Please mail them back to Deb Zawalich ASAP or bring them to the June Meeting along with your $20 WHGC dues for 2004-05.  A $5 late fee will be applied for dues received after 6/15/04 .

WHGC Bags:  Tote bags, which were on display at the Yearbook table at the September Banquet Meeting, will be available for purchase at the June Tea Party.  The natural color canvas bags will have red canvas trim.  The design on the totes (red poppies on a blue background) compliments our 2004-05 Yearbook cover.  They will be available for just $10/each at the June Tea Party. If you would like your name on it, it can be done for an additional $1.  Please call Sandra Woodward   ((781)826-4734) ASAP in advance if you want named ones or are interested in obtaining a WHGC bag, so they can be produced and ready for you at the Plant Sale.

SSNSC “Camper-ship”:  A $50 “Camper-ship” is still available to any member with a child, grandchild, niece or nephew who would be interested in attending.  A nominating letter can be directed to Kathy Murray

WHGC Member Openings:    We still have a few openings available for anyone who might be interested in joining WHGC.  A membership application can be obtained from Karen Pritchard.
