January Meeting:  1/4/05 , **special time** 6:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Lodge.  WHGC’s Michelle Stenson will lecture on vegetable gardening and Liz Fallon ( a registered physical therapist) will discuss limbering up in preparation for tackling your garden. 

 

“Active” members should bring an appetizer, main dish or side dish.  The Hostess Committee will supply non-alcoholic beverages and desserts. Please bring your own wine if you would like.

 Stetson House Christmas:  Pam Ferguson and her committee (Suzanne Fox, Christine Hoadley, Donna Kirby, Gina Kmito and Marie Sisk) did a wonderful job in decorating the dining room this year in the theme of “Symbols & Traditions”. 

 

SSNSC’s  Fundraiser:    We would also like to extend a big  thank you to Eva McNutt for submitting a beautiful wreath on behalf of WHGC to the South Shore Natural Science Center’s 5^th Annual “A Natural Christmas” Fundraiser.

PLEASE HELP US BY SUBMITTING YOUR RECIPES ASAP. 

This fundraising initiative is being coordinated by Suzanne Fox and Louise Sironi.  It would be preferable to have recipes e-mailed (rather than hard copies) to Suzanne [RikiTavi@comcast.net] in order to help us with the typing portion of this project.
