January Meeting - January 8th, 2002 - 6:30 p.m. - at the Phoenix Lodge Our 5th Annual Potluck Supper & “Experts Night”! Come hear club expert, Marie Sisk, share the history of the Walnut Hill Garden Club with our members. Also, Michael Rogers, a local Chiropractor, will offer tips on Healthy Gardening. Everyone brings a main dish or salad and the hostess committee provides the desserts! Please be sure to bring the appropriate serving utensils to accompany your dish. Also, copies of your scrumptious recipes to share with others, are always Welcome. Please note this meeting is at 6:30 p.m. January Board Meeting - Tuesday, January 22, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Lodge. February Meeting - February 5th, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. @ the Phoenix Lodge. “The World of Hollies” presented by Bill Cannon, horticulturist and owner of Holly Farms of Cape Cod. Bill, a garden writer with the Patriot Ledger, will present with slides and lecture the world of 100-250 species and cultivars of hollies. He owns the largest collection of hollies in new England. February Board Meeting - February 26th, 2002 7:30 p.m. @ the Phoenix Lodge. Kudos and many thanks to all who pitched in to make yet another Holiday workshop, a great success! Many of us are still enjoying our wreaths and trees. The club extends a warm Welcome to our latest member, Adrianne Rafferty, please be sure to Welcome her at our next meeting. On behalf of the “Christmas at the Stetson House” project, Pam Ferguson would like to extend a great big Thank You to all who participated with endless effort to the success of the Stetson House this year. Suzanne Fox, Celeste LaFauci, Gina Kmito, Kathy Murray, Judy MacDonald, Marie Sisk and committee members, Dorothy Gullicksen, Jackie Carlton, Kay Giardiello, and Donna Kirby. The support and friendship was heartfelt by Pam during this difficult time after the loss of her mother, and in making it a success.
