Bow Bridge Village

Approaching this attractive custom-built split, you are immediately struck by the extensive plantings of evergreen and flowering shrubs which surround the home and its perimeter.

As you walk along the driveway you will see a bow bridge which crosses over a large island bed giving access to the front yard.

Meandering through an overhead trellis, you come upon the tranquil terraced garden, dog kennel, barn, pump house and duck pen. Although there is only one remaining very old duck, he is quite happy as he sits with his nonquacking friends.

As you enter a small fenced area a lovely water garden comes into view, home to several large koi and many goldfish, planted with pond lilies, water iris, calla lilies and water canna.

Several unique, large island beds create a stimulating variety of visual experiences throughout the landscape.

As a nationally recognized American Hemerocallis Display Garden, bold mass plantings of over 500 varieties of daylilies accompanied by coreopsis, phlox, Japanese and Siberian iris, and other brightly colored perennials and annuals complete this lovely setting.  J.C.
